A vision came to life

In the beginning, the idea to build linear houses with a flat roof on this marvellous spot on the hillside, that is surrounded by historical buildings like Thurnstein Castle, seemed innovative to say the least: it felt like something visionary. Well thought through construction plans, perseverance, passion and commitment finally prevailed... And so, an ensemble that was as special as the place it stands on was created.

Since time immemorial a different rhythm has been reigning supreme here. It is dictated by nature. It invites you to slow down. Let your gaze wander from the mighty Ifinger mountain close by, all the way to the distant Dolomites and over to the foothills of the Alpi dell’Ortles mountain range. Find your own definition of well-being, or redefine the feeling completely. The spaces erected in this place also invite you to experience a new level of living comfort: minimalist and functional in a pleasantly touching way.

Baptised with the name “A rua”. In the South Tyrolean dialect, these words are used for the wonderful feeling of absolute bliss (fig. “peace and quiet”). This of course, because the Private Spa Villas are emblematic for exactly this: for silence, for a private space and for the feeling of really having arrived - without even knowing where you needed to go. The essence of all the feelings a holiday should give you.
