The Arua dinner: In the small and cosy show kitchen restaurant “Texel” on the ground floor. Your deliciously tempting 4 course meal will be cooked right in front of you. Dine in a tasteful and elegant ambiance, with a spectacular evening atmosphere as backdrop. A pleasure for both the palate and the mind.
Ready to Cook: If you enjoy cooking yourself, but without all the fuss, you can pick a dish that will be prepared for you and then stored in your fridge. For the final touch simply warm it up in the oven or roast it in the pan. Ingredients and recipe will be provided for you. Stay in and enjoy a hearty meal in the privacy of your own apartment.
Dinner out: Arua owner Otto Mattivi offers local and Mediterranean delicacies in his Hidalgo Restaurant. Indulge in homemade pasta dishes, South Tyrolean classics and both meat and fish specialties from the grill. A special highlight: the Wagyu Beef Tasting; you’ll get to enjoy the world’s most tender and expensive meat. Finish off your night with a heavenly dessert from our inhouse patisserie.
A new restaurant was born from the idea of the ‘Beef Tasting’: Aomi. It will open its doors in the fall of 2019. A varied selection of the japanese “super meats” Wagyu & Kobe Beef will be offered, such as fine ham, salami, lardo and patè, just to name a few. All meats are refined, according to Otto Mattivis idea, by an artisanal butcher shop in Tuscany. A japanese-mediterranean taste experience that will quite literally melt on your tongue.

And, what would these culinary delights be without a good glass of wine? Selected bottles are available in your villa. There are also about 600 renowned labels to choose from.
